I am Lindsy Rilinger, Clinical Social Worker and founder of Courage Counseling. I specialize in eating disorder treatment and sports performance.Often, combining my two specialties. When working with a client I take a highly individualized approach as each persons needs will differ.

Health is not a universal prescription nor is it one dimensional. I believe true health comes from a focus on our overall wellbeing. Our wellbeing is through meeting our psychological, physical, emotional and environmental needs. We often receive conflicting information regarding these areas of life. We can feel overwhelmed and confused by this. This often leads to our needs being neglected and creates barriers to our growth.
I am here to help you identify your needs and develop a plan to balance these needs which will promote personal growth, strength and peace.

My Process
In my work with individuals, I focus on a collaborative process between client and professional. I will meet with you for an initial 60-minute consultation followed by 50-minute session. The frequency of sessions will be determined in the initial consultation based on each individual’s needs, resources and availability.
